Acceptance
By visiting or using CHADLAB, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or connect your YouTube account.
Community game
CHADLAB is an evolving entertainment experience connected to public activity on the CHADLAB YouTube channel. Game rules, progression rates, rewards, appearance, events, and availability may change as the service develops.
YouTube authentication
You may claim only the bacteria associated with the YouTube channel you control. You may not impersonate another viewer, transfer authentication credentials, attempt to bypass channel verification, or claim another person's character.
Acceptable use
You must not exploit, automate, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, cheat, manipulate requests, evade rate limits, attack other users, submit unlawful content, or interfere with CHADLAB, Google, YouTube, Microsoft Azure, or Cloudflare systems.
Virtual progression
Food, experience, levels, cosmetics, colonies, rankings, event rewards, and other game elements are virtual features with no cash value or ownership interest. CHADLAB may correct erroneous rewards, reverse abuse, rebalance progression, or remove content when reasonably necessary.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every game state, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of any feature. We may suspend or discontinue the service.
Third-party services
CHADLAB relies on Google, YouTube, Microsoft Azure, and Cloudflare. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms. CHADLAB is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google or YouTube unless explicitly stated.
Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or remove access, progression, characters, colony names, or content associated with abuse, security threats, impersonation, cheating, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, CHADLAB is provided without warranties, and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as CHADLAB changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions may be sent to the user support contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen or through the CHADLAB YouTube channel's published business contact.
